Julia's practice is highly collaborative. She has helpers and experts in different fields who aid in both her personal healing and in enriching the knowledge she can pass on to her clients. She makes sure to stay up to date with the newest research and ideas, as psychology is a very young and rapidly evolving field.
Alongside this, Julia is actively engaged with charities where she offers freelance and pro bono support. One of her life goals is to help trauma-informed care to become more affordable and accessible to those who need it the most.
Julia is one of the many people committed to help create a better world for future generations. We can create change, Together.
Julia is one of the therapist at Building Bridges, an award winning project by Lasting Support Services, where she works closely with CEO and founder Warda Mohamed and the Building Bridges team. Within this family, Julia contributes by providing art-therapy for children, embodied group therapy for the parents, and general support to the community.
